Though few of the items I reported as issues, Jake proved that those are not the issue and I don’t need to unnecessary throw money to replace it. I have a waste water transfer pump on my basement sink that is about 15 years old. It worked solidly that whole time, but failed recently. I was having trouble finding a plumber to fix it, as a lot of them didn't have the knowledge of that type of pump, nor do they have services set up around it. PlumbPros came out, found my float and a valve were bad, but also the unit needed to be cleaned (a terribly dirty job). Michael (tech) handled it great and gave me a price that made sense for the work in a small, hard to get to space.

I needed multiple items addressed in my residency. PlumPros sent Shawn Finley, a professional plumber, to my home to assess the areas of concern. He arrived timely, assessed what needed to be done, and gave me a reasonable price. The toilet in the master bedroom was repaired, and the leaking faucet in the kitchen was replaced. After trying to get my garbage disposal to work, he replaced it. All of this work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend PlumbPros.

I had been told by a company that my sewer drain had roots in it. The cost to clear the roots was ranged from 5k to 20k depending on if the roots were under the slab. I had PlumbPros come out for a 2nd opinion. Thank goodness I did!! They ran the camera and found that whatever was causing the slow drain of my toilet must have been knocked loose by the camera the original plumber used. There were no roots. PlumbPros saved me $1000's. I could not be more appreciative of happy with their service than I am. Thanks so much Richard!!!

PlumbPros is the best! We have used them several times over the years, and they are the only number we call with plumbing problems. 2 days ago we thought our basement sewer pump was dead, and were expecting we'd be spending a bucket of money to replace it. Melvin came out (exactly on time) and spotted/fixed the problem in less than a minute. Then he refused to charge me for the call. He also encouraged me to call PlumbPros any time I have a plumbing concern--not too worry if something is too small. Very reassuring to have a company like this to call when things get messy!!
